Frank Newell has over 20 years experience in the social housing sector, previously Director of Public Housing at the London Borough of Brent and Housing Manager at the London Borough of Haringey.
Frank was a Senior Housing Consultant at CSL and a Senior Lecturer on the CIH professional qualification course. Recent assignments have included nine months as Director of Housing for a large unitary authority, two projects to manage partnership programmes for RSLs in supervision and work on an innovative programme to provide new affordable social housing without HC grant.

Richard Stanley BA, MSc, FCIH

Richard Stanley has worked in the social housing sector for over 26 years. His experience covers a wide range of organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, management consultancies and IT suppliers. In recent years, Richard has been a Senior Consultant, Business Development Manager and Principal Consultant for CSL, Deloitte & Touche and First Software UK Ltd. Richard has gained extensive experience with over 100 clients, working on a comprehensive range of housing assignments.
Assignments have recently included leading on a programme to improve income recovery and an interim management contract as Operations Director for a medium sized housing association.
